| Express Workshop | “Little by little, step by step” Workshop | |
|
Le Paravent.Marionnettes proudly presents its express puppet workshop.
This workshop is for a public between 7 and 99 years old, and, as usual, it can be
adapted to other age groups...
The estimated construction time for this rod or finger puppet
varies, depending on the student’s age, between one and a half and two hours.
The participant will choose one among the five characters that the company proposes, mount their puppet and do the make-up of the tiny face according to their inspiration. Quick, quick my puppet is done!
This workshop is given to groups or individually. For more information, do not
hesitate to contact us.

If requested, our Company also offers Puppet Conferences (history, types of puppets,
types of manipulation, show staging, etc.); during these events, participants are
invited to handle the puppets; browse magnificent books about legendary characters
of the Puppetry world; and improvise a castelet on the spot. This demonstrates
that with a little imagination, we can make a Puppet show wherever we are. At the same
time, we will put into practice the manipulation techniques mentioned during the
conference, i.e. puppet and marionette handling. All these elements make of the
conferences a colourful interactive activity that simply lures us into entering the
puppet world. Duration: one hour approximately.
